Our driveway is about 100 feet long and a stretch about 50 feet long was erupting from roots underneath, causing major turbulence every time we drove over it. I’m glad we did. They did everything in a timely, responsive way, with no unforeseen add-ons, and our driveway is now in excellent shape. I really need to single out Brandon for praise. He was incredibly responsive and devoted. He explained everything in advance in an understandable way. He always responded quickly to my texts, even when I made clear no quick response was necessary. And he was clearly committed to doing a good job, even showing up on a weekend (with no extra charge) to manually speed up the drying process when some areas in the shade were taking longer than expected to dry. "Overall our experience was fine until the end. They left several issues with our remodeled bathroom that we had to pay other professionals to redo. Unprofessional and messy at the end. We had to pay someone to repaint our ceiling and bedroom walls after they used the wrong paint color (I gave them the exact paint color) and you could see the difference in shades because they left it half covered. We also had to have a plumber come fix the hot water pressure in the brand new sink, the brand new toilet handle, repair the brand-new sink leak and other technical issues that shouldn't happen with a NEW remodel. Overall they did fine, but when you pay an exorbitant amount everything should be left in working order and pristine. I would not use their services again, and was disappointed by the way they left things."
