The service showed up at the time promised. They quickly got to work, removing screens, washing them, and setting them aside to dry. All windows and tracks were thoroughly cleaned, inside and out. Screens were re-installed.

"The plumbing upgrade and dishwasher installation went very well this morning.  I bought a dishwasher for first-time installation in my older home and had texted Joshua the night before with pics of the "then current" plumbing and electrical situation.  He arrived on time with proper plumbing and electrical fittings and went immediately to work.  The used dishwasher I'd bought required more pieces, so getting those from Lowe's was arranged and he finished the entire job within 2 hours!  The only small concern (which he immediately straightened out!!) was the chrome airgap pop-up on the sink was a bit crooked, but again, he fixed that right up.   I am looking forward to hearing his estimate on some upcoming electrical  work for my patio.   I WILL recommend him to my neighbors and local friends!!

"Initial meeting with Phil was to go over the estimate and cover what was to be done on the project.  He was very professional in his presentation and seemed very knowledgeable. 
Roof installation is good.
Vent installation is good.
Swamp cooler mounting was unsatisfactory.  Had only installed two support legs that were not anchored to the roof.  The L bracket legs were split and bent out the bottom and were already cutting into to roof.  Called Phil and he had the swamp cooler mounting problem taken care of.
The TV cable had been taken down during roof replacement.  When the cable was reinstalled, instead of using large staples to reattach the cable, nails were driven in and bent over.  I know this is a small issue, but reflects the quality of workmanship.
Phil was at another worksite when the job was completed and has yet to call or stop by to inspect the completed project or ask if I was satisifed with the work done.
