"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"We used our Choice Warranty plan to cover a repair to our furnace. I switched to Choice from American Home Shield, and while the deductible is a little more than AHS, the monthly plan cost is $30 cheaper. This is my first claim, and it was fantastic! I had issues many times with AHS with their timeliness and the ability to receive condition reports from technicians, so this first experience was a relief! First, I submitted my claim online, and while AHS would sometimes reach out, Choice connected me directly to a professional who reached out to me about my issue. Because of this, I did not waste my time explaining the issue to someone who is not a heating or A/C expert and only dealt with an expert. Next, they assigned my claim to Greg's Heat & A/C, and he contacted me directly about the problem. He listened to my issue before coming out and provided an actual time of arrival. Choice provides a window in which to be present. I usually do not like these as it will cause someone to miss some work, but since Greg called and gave a time, I did not have to miss much work at all!
