Much of what they had to rebuild was part of a major remodel we had done in 2017 using a most professional contractor, very high-end materials and master workmanship. What we now have is okay, even ?kind-of? nice, but nowhere near the excellence we once had. We are resigned to just live with it, enjoy it and just be happy we have our house back after 10 months. RCA was friendly but not to be trusted as far a keeping the promises they continually made. Some of the workmanship was unacceptable and they had to bring in a new sub to repair it. Toward the end of the project they hired a new project manager, Tim, who was nice (though also unable to work in a timely manner). He explained that we were being squeezed in around other"
