"I appreciated the fact that he called me back. That he showed up on time and he charged a fair price and the things he did are working out well."

"Well, this was an early Christmas gift! Found Dylan through home advisors. He promptly called after we sought a handyman to replace our fireplace mantle. Itâ s harder than heck to find someone, anyone, to do small household projects, let alone someone so quickly. We exchanged photos of the old mantle and the new one. Dylan promised to stop by to finally estimate the project. Hereâ s the best part: Dylan, who makes for a very good first impression, offered to start the job right then and there, saying he could do the demo work and finish two days later. Hereâ s the even better part: He completed the demo and then mounted the new new mantle the same day. We were very happy with the care he took as he did the project, including adding an additional way to secure the mantle to the wall so not even one of our famous earthquakes could move it from its mountings. Really excellent work. We would definitely hire him again. Patrick"

"Ray and his crew are professional, courteous, conscientious, and efficient. Very fair prices and I would recommend him highly to anyone. Very skilled in all areas of the trades."

"Bob is great to work with. He communicates clearly, sets expectations for timing and costs and regularly exceeds those expectations. He is a joy to work with. I picked deck installation which he did, but he also replaced doors and windows, repaired cinderblocks, got us a new roof, and did landscaping work and other jobs at our house in Dillon Beach. I highly recommend Bob and Precedent Construction."

"I hired this company to install a water heater. It was dead so fast very nice job. Iâ ve had no problems with the work that they did. I recommend him highly to anyone because heâ s very nice pleasant does a great job Iâ d higher of 100 times over."

"Came to repair my broken sofa. Even though it proved to be a difficult job, it was done great, professionally, and as fast as possible! Thank you so much for your hard work, and getting our sofa fixed for us! Would definitely recommend vision quest handyman services for any needs!!"

"He was wonderful. Very professional and went beyond what I expected. He was very careful and very fair priced. I love that he is local and they worked together getting the painting of the kitchen and dining room done so quickly. I am so happy with all they did, even getting an electrical switch fixed that had been wrong for years. I will be using him for all my projects!"

"I hired him to build an outdoor bike shed. He did the job right and on the timetable he promised. The shed appears solid and he even threw in a free gate repair. He is professional and collaborative. I would hire him again for another project."
