They returned phone calls immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, provided references and even helped to choose the perfect color combination. Once the work commenced, they removed the gutters, pressure washed the whole house, made repairs to the stucco in various areas, painted all exterior, wood trim, patio cover, front doors, side doors, and metal garage doors. They even went as far as removing the exterior light fixtures, and re-installing them when the work was complete. It took them a complete week to do the job. They were on-time every morning and were meticulous about masking everything, and not getting over-spray or spilling paint on anything. The house looks great, and I will definitely use them again. "Our recent home remodel was pretty extensive. I knew I wanted to change some things, improve some things, and fix some problems with our house, but I didn't have any idea how to get there. From my initial meetings with Tony, I could tell that he was comfortable with the scope of the project, and that I would be able to work with him through all the challenges that I figured would come with a project of this size. Now that we've finished our project, I can say I'm glad we went with OM Construction. The price was fair, the guys were onsite 6 days a week from start to finish, and the quality of work was very good. During the project, Tony always had a positive attitude, and worked to help us solve a lot of problems with our old house ranging from framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, doors, and windows. His guys did a good amount of finish work too, including stucco repair, laminate flooring installation, molding installation, drywall/skim coating, and interior and exterior painting. Marcos, Carlos, Josue and Elias were all very respectful while in our house and took extra effort to clean up well at the end of every day.
