They returned phone calls immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, provided references and even helped to choose the perfect color combination. I do think that the popularity of Blue Ribbon Industries, especially with the Angie's List Deal, spread him out too much, so it took much longer than necessary.  It was finished 6 months after I bought the coupon and over 4 months after the job was begun.  However, I was not in a big hurry, and only got a little anxious about the delays toward the last couple of months. 
He was very good about making sure I was happy, and said that if I needed any more wire holes or if I had any questions or problems to let him know.  He was very friendly and professional.
