He was not pushy, however he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without* making me feel like an annoyance, as others have made me feel in the past and wanted to rush through and collect money. "The worker fixed the Toto toilet, installing all the factory replacement parts I supplied, and everything if fine now, a much better situation than having to get a whole new toilet. Also I probably could have done the job but if it did not work Id catch hell after, and Im not a plumber. As a plus he tightened the kitchen faucet which had become loose, spending a bit of time on it and not charging for it. Would recommend and use them again."
