"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

We went over our initial budget, partly because some electrical problems from an earlier renovation arose that needed repairing, and partly because we added a number of bells and whistles after the initial estimate. But for example, the custom maple cabinetry cost far less than we were quoted elsewhere and included a lot of special touches, such as an appliance garage, a cutlery drawer, and a pull-out, multi-shelf spice drawer. 
At each step in the process, Kevin kept us apprised of costs and got our approval before any work was done. And for all the extras we requested during construction, we had a brand-new kitchen just a couple of days after the original estimated completion date. We couldn?t be happier with the results. "Originally they were very good they just never come back and taken care of any of the other work, they were good at the very beginning, they were on top of every thing at the very beginning but after they did the initial work and they needed to come back an did touch ups they never come back and done anything more, I can't get them to come back and do anything more.

They are way over priced compare to what they should be and I didn't realize it at the time but when I found out afterwards it was too late."
