He came in and seen that my entire carpet areas had been bleached and he said there was nothing he could do to save the carpet. "Top notch. Good at up selling, but we liked what we received. Deep cleaning our carpets were done with a floor scrubber and pads. Very effective. The floor smelled so good. Very strong, though. I can't sleep in there for a while because I get a bad headache from perfume smells. But still very happy. Also had the carpet stretched. They use the latest technology and I will never have to stretch it again!! I am embarrassed to admit it but we had not shampooed it for 4 years and it looks like newer carpet now. This was done 4 days ago. You know, it always look fabulous the first day so I waited to write this review to see how it looks several days later. Highly recommend Pro Carpet Care."

"I have a 2-story condo in North Pomona and the toilet over-flowed, I contacted Complete Carpet Restoration and talked with Gary. He was so reassuring that everything would be ok. He said he would be there within the hour and he was. Monty, the supervisor assessed the severity of the damage and was very kind. Gary, the owner then called me to let me what needed to be done. Air movers, dehumidifiers, dry wall needed to be cut-out, ceiling had to be dropped and new carpet. He contacted the insurance company and was able to relocate my tenants into a hotel for two weeks. The time it took to get the water damage completely redone. Gary stayed in contact with me providing me details as it was coming along. They packed out the furniture and made sure everything was safe into their warehouse. It looks fantastic. It was a smooth transition. I am so happy with the service and the care given by Gary."

"Dan was very responsive in bringing samples and eager for the work.  We chose a 5" maple flooring, that was a light beige color.  What we got was an all-over-the-place color palette that makes the floor look like a patchwork quilt instead of a flowing harmonious look. The range of wood goes from white, to a grey/brown taupe.  Why the installers chose to lay contiguous boards of one color and contiguous boards in another color, is something that baffles me.  I have come to learn that maple comes in various colors, but had I known this upfront I might have gone with a different kind of wood.  So communication was an issue on this.

I sent Dan pictures of the floor and finally, when pressed, he offered to come over and look at the floor which we found unacceptable and he thought was fine.  We're the ones who have to live with this and it's not okay.  I asked him to replace the boards that I found too outside the color palette and he told me he would have to replace the entire floor and it would be the same problem with the variations in color (which were not reflected in the original samples I was given).  If someone tells you they will redo your job but you'll get the same results, why bother? Because we are not happy with the work he offered to forego the last payment on the job, but again, paying anything for something that does not meet your expectations is money poorly spent.  Having said that, it was a reasonable of Dan to make this compromise even if we have to live with the end results.

While the installers did a professional job as far as removing carpet, floor repair and reinstalling baseboards etc., their aesthetics left a lot to be desired.  I had another contractor look at the floor and he was horrified that anyone would stand behind this work at any price. 
I'm not someone who enjoys giving bad reviews and would have been thrilled to say we were 100% satisfied but this is simply not the case.  It doesn't mean that Dan isn't a nice man, but his standards and ours did not match up.  It's the quality of the work and customer satisfaction that matters in the end."
