He came in and seen that my entire carpet areas had been bleached and he said there was nothing he could do to save the carpet. Then he said I can replace it all for a discounted rate and being that I have a owner walk through tomorrow I said yes not only did he give me the best price the quality of work he did for my whole townhouse was top notch!!! And he did it all in less than 6 hours talk about a professional. He told me trust me sir you won’t be disappointed and I wasn’t if you need anything done definitely call Miranda!!! "Top notch. Good at up selling, but we liked what we received. Deep cleaning our carpets were done with a floor scrubber and pads. Very effective. The floor smelled so good. Very strong, though. I can't sleep in there for a while because I get a bad headache from perfume smells. But still very happy. Also had the carpet stretched. They use the latest technology and I will never have to stretch it again!! I am embarrassed to admit it but we had not shampooed it for 4 years and it looks like newer carpet now. This was done 4 days ago. You know, it always look fabulous the first day so I waited to write this review to see how it looks several days later. Highly recommend Pro Carpet Care."

"Gary, the owner, sent his crew who arrived at the designated time and were very professional throughout the entire process. Prior to the cleaning I had a lot of questions and Gary was always responsive and kind, never frustrated with me, which could have easily happened, because not only did I ask him many questions, but, I also changed the date for the service two or three times as we had the So Cal May Gray which we hadn't seen in a number of years. The heat we had in the winter had disappeared and I needed for the carpet to be dry by the end of the day. The carpet and upholstery came out very well considering that both the sectional and the carpet hadn't been cleaned in a while. The nap of the carpet came back and looks great. The area on the arms of the sectional where it was dirty from normal use they got it clean and the sectional looks great too. I will have Gary come and clean for us at least once a year if not every six months.
The cleaning took about 2 hours. We had him clean the living room, dining room, hallway and two bedroom plus the huge sectional. Everything was pretty much dry by 6pm. CCR did a great job

"After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!
If we need any floor coverings or window coverings in the future, we're calling Andre.  Thank you, Andre and thank you, Angie's List.

"A very good experience.  Dan gave us several options to consider and provided some good recommendations.  The tear out could not have gone better - the guys took out the carpet, padding and old hardwoods and cut them all into managable pieces to reduce the clutter in the back yard as they worked.  The home was built in the 1920s and there were some "interesting" obstacles in terms of angles and subfloor issues, but the guys always made a solution and the outcome is beautiful.
