"The work Erdelyi associates did is great, but communication and timeliness were lacking. I didn’t have a consistent point of contact throughout the project - it just seems my project was handed off from one person to the next with no continuity and I had to proactively reach out for updates."

"Let me tell you about Amir he is a stand up and honest guy!! When all architect companies wanted to take me for thousands of dollars Amir instead gave me the tools (knowledge) of what needed to be done to get the site and floor plan done for the city. "We did a full remodel of our place, full new kitchen, and expanded our place into the backyard for a new master suite. Pac Sands did a really great job with our designs. Great tools that made the communication easy with the plans and changes we needed. And they handled the engineering and permitting too, which was great. Highly recommend."

"They did an outstanding job!… I would use them again in a heartbeat. I’ve been wanting to renovate, my old bedroom that was themed to look like a Florida panhandle, nice but it was so dated. They had me reimagine what it might look like if I took it up another notch, and they made it a more visually appealing and modern Caribbean vibe! I’m a guy so I need help on these things lol"
