"Casey took two videoâ s one before our sewer pipe was water jetted and one after. Gave us a cost break on the video cost and water jetting. We were very happy with Caseyâ s and Coultonâ s service and definitely have no hesitation in referring Rock Drain or in calling Casey again if we needed additional sewer pipe help."

However, the project took 2x the estimated time they rarely proactively communicated about timelines or who would be on the job site doing what when."

"The worker fixed the Toto toilet, installing all the factory replacement parts I supplied, and everything if fine now, a much better situation than having to get a whole new toilet. Also I probably could have done the job but if it did not work Id catch hell after, and Im not a plumber. As a plus he tightened the kitchen faucet which had become loose, spending a bit of time on it and not charging for it. Would recommend and use them again."

"I was very pleased with Ray's plumbing services. He made it hassel free, he was efficient, professional, finished the job promptly. He was not pushy, however he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without* making me feel like an annoyance, as others have made me feel in the past and wanted to rush through and collect money. I Highly recommend Ray's Rescue Plumbing to my loved ones and to anyone looking for a trustworthy company. -Services provided: front of hous, entire faucet valve & pipes equipped/replacement; had unresolvable water leakage.
