After inspecting the unit, Shaine discussed a few options with me. The unit was installed in 1990 and the model has been discontinued. Shaine researched online and found a source for a similar unit, then did a second home visit and replaced the unit. He worked quickly and expertly to change the dimensions of the ceiling opening and do the installation. The unit works beautifully now!! I was very pleased with Shaine's professional manner, friendly communication, tenacity, and expertise!"
