"Israel and his team were beyond professional and left my 3 year old carpets AND sofas looking as close to new as possible. They were polite, efficient and also went out of their way to make sure this highly strung customer (it's me :) was happy. I would definitely recommend this business for any carpet cleaning needs."

"I had spilled bleach in ~10 two-inch spots. Brandon arrived near the beginning of his one-hour window. The carpet was multi color but he was able to do a great color correction. At worst it looked like a recently vacuumed or high traffic area. He was courteous, professional, and was able to finish the job in ~3 hours. Evidently it cost a bit more because it was a multi-color carpet, but that's the breaks. I highly recommend his service and from what I've read about color correction, not many people can consistently do it well, but Brandon did a great job."

"He had done work for me previously for my RV, and he recently cleaned my carpet for my home, and he did a phenomenal job. The carpet has stayed cleaned longer this time. I would recommend them to others."

Carpet Installation questions, answered by experts

A 65-oz. carpet is good, and in many cases, it indicates a premium carpet. Most carpets for homes should fall in the range of 40 to 60 ounces for face weight. If a carpet has a 65-oz. face weight, it is likely more durable and long-lasting than a similar carpet with a lower face weight. Carpet face weight is just one factor in determining a carpet’s quality.

The type of flooring you choose for your bedroom comes down to personal preference. Many people prefer carpet over hard-surface flooring types (such as hardwood, tile, or stone) in their bedrooms because it’s warmer and cozier. Carpeting also helps muffle sound, which may benefit those who have trouble sleeping.

On the other hand, some folks prefer the look of hardwood over carpet. People with allergies might also opt for non-carpeted flooring since carpet fibers can attract dust, dander, and other allergens.

Carpet glue is very sticky, but it's not permanent. The glue usually lasts as long as a typical carpet installation, which is five to 15 years. For the best results, you should always use the right type of carpet glue for the area you're using it in. There are carpet glues for high-traffic areas, which are more high-quality and durable than others.

No, thick carpet padding isn’t necessarily better than thinner padding. The appropriate padding thickness will depend on the type of carpet and the amount of foot traffic in the area.

For example, thick padding works well in low-traffic areas, like bedrooms, where you have soft and plush carpeting. However, thick carpet padding can damage low-pile carpet, which is used in the busiest parts of your home (like hallways and entryways). For that reason, it’s best to use thinner, heavier padding underneath carpet in high-traffic areas.

In most cases, laminate flooring is better for people with dust or other allergies as laminate is easier to clean. Carpet can trap pollen and other allergens, allowing them to be kicked up into the air again with foot traffic. Consult your flooring specialist about the best types of carpet or laminate flooring to use based on your household member’s needs.
