He sent pictures, kept receipts and delivered what he said he would do. We had two changes that needed to happen that required some added labor and materials, but Joshua was cool about it. He even came on a saturday to do a final walk through. Which I thought was very cool. The pergola went up quickly and was what I drew. The changes inside the house he did very clean and neat.
