They did a great job, but I had to pay my GC for labor to take out the remaining parts of the roots & stumps

The estimator, Rafael, provided an estimate in February. Work was scheduled abut 2 months later in late March mostly because they were booked out for several weeks. I was given a window of time for the work the day before the scheduled appointment. The crew performed work as requested. The cuts were clean and appear to be healing well. The foreman asked to feedback to be sure everything we needed was accomplished. They pruned 2 trees for building clearance, lowered the crowns on 2 trees, lowered to height of 2 large bushes, and thinned the crown of one tree. They used a blower to clean the surfaces. They ground down the trimmed vegetation and hauled it away.

I am a little confused so to your comments above: I show from your records that you were scheduled to trim your pine tree (for $1200) in November of 2017 (you then you postponed the job until Feb of 2018. On the day of the work, you asked the crew to remove 2 additional (large) limbs from the same pine, they gave you a price ($150) and you accepted the work and paid that same day. Perhaps your experience in Sept of 2018 was with another company?"

Excellent. The team arrived at 8:00am sharp and worked hard to remove these massive pine trees. 7 men, three large trucks , a chipper and a Dingo to get the work done effectively and efficiently. Couldn’t of asked for a better job and team to work on my property! The owner also was working and also making sure the job was done carefully to avoid any damage to our property, surrounding vegetation and neighbors properties.

I had seven trees removed and two trimmed. The crew arrived on-time and worked steadily until the work was completed. The area was cleaned and debris removed. Everyone on the crew was knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how to do it. The crew did an outstanding and exceptional job!

It went very well, very professional and cleaned up well after project completion. I was very pleased with the service received and the price was very good. The only downside is that they booked 4 months out. Guess they are extremely busy.

This company is so busy it takes at least three months in advance to get an appointment. The estimator came out soon after the call for an appointment. He gave us a fair price. We made an appointment by phone and mentioned our 10% discount from Angies list. On the day of our scheduled appointment, the workers came, pruned the trees, and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was handled very professionally.
