"Ilan Yosef and his crew were phenomenal from start to finish. Honest advice, smart design solutions, and a level of transparency that gave us complete peace of mind. We've already booked them for another project next year."

"Very clean crew. Polite and fast working. Pleasure to do business with."

"After getting my price locked in a few days before, Expert Home Builders came to my home with a full crew. The crew was in full protective gear and respirators as they vacuumed out all of the old insulation in my attic. This is key because my home had very little insulation and a large amount of rat feces. My home interior was covered and draped so nothing was damaged. They were in and out at my house before I could even get back. I like the efficiency and I believe this was made possible due to the fact that they had a full crew. My insulation looked great and worked great too. No more fluctuations in temperature and watching all of my AC go out through my roof. Lastly, I would like to thank Mike and the crew at Expert Home Builders for getting this job done through the maze of all of the new duct work I have in my attic. Everything looks like night and day in comparison to what is had before."

"I interviewed six solar companies and got bids from three. Charlie of Landmark construction & energy crew stood out much more above the other companies that I spoke and met with. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. In addition he worked with his crew at the beginning of installation to make sure everything was perfect with a tricky area of my roofline. Above all of what I wrote above, Charlie and the office staff are very organized people. Charlie was able to provide me with a lot of information about rebates, taxes etc… and Every bit of information I could want related to monitoring my system, working with Landmark construction & energy crew, maximizing the cost benefits, and getting my tax rebate, are all gathered and clearly labelled in a binder. Charlie knew how to explain everything about solar and I could see during our meetings how much patient he have. Charlie didn't have to push anything in order to sell his work to me because his product was the one I wanted, it made sense, and the price was better than others. I can't think of a contractor and I've worked with quite a few once in the past and for this project, I met with several ones as well and Landmark construction & energy crew is more reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented. Thank you, Charlie!"

"It was an amazing experience. I dont think there is a better company I could have picked for this job. The contractor was really professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They also made me feel part of the project which was awesome they let me get involved as much as I wanted which made this whole thing even better and more enjoyable. They also didnt get frustrated with me at all which i know can be hard at times because I know I can be difficult when it comes to having things how i want them. Thank you for a wonderful service !!"

"Joshua was prompt (exactly on time, which was fantastic). He put my mind at ease from the moment he arrived. Very quiet; just did his work and did it extremely well and professionally. I could not be happier with the job he did. I enthusiastically recommend him; my only concern is that I might make him too popular!!

"We had a big kitchen remodel with layout changes, so we were a bit nervous at first. Ron made the process a lot easier than expected. He coordinated everything and made sure each step was done properly before moving on. The workmanship is solid, and the finishes look high-end. We?re really happy we chose Ocean Seven Builders!"

"Darrel was very nice. He arrived at the time he said he would. He was very through and his work was well done."

"His name is Andrew Johnson. He is going to be doing our carport next. He does all of our electrical but he also does incredible solar. It was around $17,000 for the solar. We have a big house. You can't beat his prices. He doesn't have a huge company. His guys are great. He shows up when he says. He does meticulous work. The city's came out and told him right in front us that he did better than perfect. He lives in our neighborhood. He told him to get on Angie's List"
