They communicated with me early on to ask that I perform several troubleshooting tasks in hopes that I could take care of the issue without them needing to come out to my home and incurring the expense of a service call; that in and of itself was pretty impressive! We found that the troubleshooting recommendations were not correcting the problem, so they followed through with the schedule appointment on June 14th. After they determined that I had a wiring problem, they offered me several solutions to remedy the problem.
