It turned out nothing was wrong with my vacuum, one of the "Outlets" had been accidentally left opened, nevertheless he did all the tests and check everything until we discover what happened, he didn't want to charge me because nothing was wrong but I still paid him for his effort, disposition and excellent service. I'll use him anytime. I am very happy.
