They arrived to give an estimate but also left a window of time so that if we wanted to go ahead with it they could install it then and there. There wasn't a high pressure sell. "Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.

"The price was good. They're responsiveness was good because there was a minor issue. It was mainly cosmetic. There were plastic caps that goes in the hole of the window after they put the screws through. They failed to put that. I called them, they were supposed to follow-up and they didn't follow-up. They never called me back and they never responsive to take care of that, unless they came and maybe my kids had them do it. The work was incomplete. It's really a minor thing. They're so stupid not to finish the job and they were good otherwise. They didn't get bad ratings, and I don't think the owner even knows. I called them actually six months to three months ago. I told them to come and finish up the final finishing touch of the window, which is part of their job. They never called back. I asked them to even have their owner call me. They're not responsive. The work they did was good except for this last item. I hate to give them a bad mark. They didn't follow up and have a bad reception. I'm not happy with the work because it's not fair that I gave them the full price and they didn't do a full job. Actually the workers were good. They came, they were efficient and did the job. The final touch they didn't do."

"The installer was incredable, very helpful, the skylight was the wrong size to fit in my kitchen ceiling. He was great explaining the roof structor didn't have room for the skylight and it could not be put in. He talked to me explained very well why and what size of skylight to buy and where to place them for best light and not ruin the look of the ceiling. I'm more than pleased. Very kind and understanding to what I want. RJL Installers are A+++ and will call them back as soon as I have the correct skylights."
