"Once again, we had an excellent experience with Custom Exteriors. 11 years ago, we purchased Milgard windows for the whole house from Custom Exteriors which included a lifetime warranty. Overall, we've been happy with the windows. But recently one of the window's metal crank mechanisms broke. First, we called Milgard, but they were giving us the run around. We next called Custom Exteriors and talked with Chris the Service Coordinator. We explained the situation and how Milgard wasn't being helpful. Despite Custom Exteriors not working with Milgard windows anymore, Chris still agreed to send out a couple of service guys to fix the window. We told Chris that we would be happy to pay for one additional window crank to be replaced since it's the same age as the one that broke. Chris said that Custom Exteriors would replace that crank for free as well even though it wasn't broken. It's been a few days since both windows' cranks were replaced, and everything is working great. Thank you, Chris, and Custom Exteriors!"

Are current staff comprises of 35 full time employees. We continuously educate our staff on the latest roofing trends and innovative products being introduced into the market place. This enables us to install many products are competitors are unable to offer, such as Standing Seam and Stone Coated Steel Roof Systems, Imitation Cedar shakes that replicate the look of real Cedar wood shake but are manufactured with the latest Polyurethane Technology. Are estimators are informative and able to educate on how to best construct an energy efficient, long lasting, performing roof system.

The quote offered several options which was quite helpful in our choices. During our decision period, we had several questions and he responded immediately every time. When it came time for the work, the crew was always on time and professional. They cleaned up and you could barely tell they were even here at the end of the day. We were glad to see that the crew was able to take several water breaks (in nearly 100-degree heat) and time off for lunch and they still finished the job ahead of schedule. It showed us that Westshore takes care of their crews. We highly recommend Westshore Roofing."
