"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"I called them to come look at the water stains on my drapes and they came after a week to which point they said that water stains are VERY difficult to remove but since I had no other option and the fact they pride themselves on their 70 years or so of experience I obliged and agreed they wash them. They came 2 weeks after that first appointment to take the drapes and then took another 2 weeks to return them! When they came back i saw the water stains were there just as before, identical but still had to pay them $270 or maybe more. So at this point I did some research on the web and 5 minutes later I prepared a solution and removed the water stains in 2 freaking seconds!!!! SO F COIT and their 70 years of experience. Actually I ended up noticing that they didn't even bother cleaning them because there was dust all over! They took the drapes and didn't do crap and charged for a service they never did. STAY AWAY"

"I had the latest Hunter Douglas Silhouette Blinds installed in my home in October 2019. They never worked. I reached out repeatedly to have it fixed. Early 2020 I was able to get a response ONLY after the Hunter Douglas Corporate office reached out to them and they finally reordered it. In Spring 2020 it was installed. Incorrectly. Again, not opening and this time also falling apart at the seams. I requested help and did not hear back until I reach out to Hunter Douglas first. The third time (now it has been over a year of it not working) in November they again came to reinstall. I had asked that the installer wear a mask. When he arrived he did not have one on - despite county guidelines. He argued with me. I asked him to leave. When I called Blinds Corners - she also argued that I had not requested it. It is the COUNTY GUIDELINES and I should not have to (even though I had). She was as unprofessional as her installer that told me to carry his ladder for him. I am so through with this extremely unprofessional business. I can't even have a set of blinds that I paid almost $4000 for installed so that it can open and close properly. It is absolutely ridiculous."
