"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"I called them to come look at the water stains on my drapes and they came after a week to which point they said that water stains are VERY difficult to remove but since I had no other option and the fact they pride themselves on their 70 years or so of experience I obliged and agreed they wash them. When they came back i saw the water stains were there just as before, identical but still had to pay them $270 or maybe more. So at this point I did some research on the web and 5 minutes later I prepared a solution and removed the water stains in 2 freaking seconds!!!! SO F COIT and their 70 years of experience. Actually I ended up noticing that they didn't even bother cleaning them because there was dust all over! They took the drapes and didn't do crap and charged for a service they never did. STAY AWAY"
