Best awning pros near Esparto, CA

"From a firm handshake at our first meeting, to a last, firm handshake after the job was done, I was impressed by Les and his crew. He (Les) gave me a price, gave me a time-frame, and lived up to both. A great team to do business with. The crew was excellent. They began the project at 10 am, and were done, cleaned-up, and gone before 3pm. The difference between our old, wood rotted patio cover and this new one are startling. We've probably added twice as much to the value of our home, as it cost us to replace the old one. Great work, good people, timely results. THANK YOU WESTERN SKY"

"Very professional & was willing to help. I just couldn't get assistance in a shorter time."

"Kevin and his crew at Petkus Brothers recently installed two beautiful solid top patio covers in our backyard. We cannot be more pleased with the job. Our only regret is that we did not have it done sooner. Kevin came out to our home and we were immediately impressed with his knowledge, experience, honesty and confidence in his exclusive product. His extensive home building experience provided him the insight to have his patio covers built to specifications that are a cut above the rest. After his initial visit at our home, we met with Kevin at the impressive Petkus Brothers showroom in Rocklin. There, we were able to view and learn more about their product and visually see what ours would look like. We felt confident that we had done all the homework necessary to make a smart decision. After getting all our quotes from different companies, it did not take long to see that Petkus Brothers was going to provide us with the best outcome. They were the clear standouts. Our proof is right in our backyard. Our expectations have been exceeded, and we are very thrilled. We highly recommend Petkus Brothers for patio cover installations. We're sure that you will not be disappointed. We are proud to provide a five-star review for this great company. Boyd and Nancy Lester Fall 2020 Installation UPDATE: Fast forward to January 2022. Petkus Brothers just installed an addition to our largest patio cover. Our request was addressed promptly by Kevin and his crew. The addition was seamless and it has expanded our outdoor living space. We are so very pleased. Thank you Petkus Brothers for all that you have done for us. "I've been a Designer, product Developer, as well as a general contractor for 30 years, and I'm hyper aware of all the details around Design & Construction standards. With that understanding between parties, the staff at California Sunrooms were more than willing to accept my structural details as well as interpreting my conceptual elevation drawings. I have designed many redwood patio covers, and of course they always present well. I chose aluminum because of cost, value, longevity, and ease of installation. For what we paid for the entity of the aluminum patio cover would have equated to just the materials of redwood. California Sunroom Installers we're prompted courteous, and clean. I appreciated the crews knowledge of the product. They took valuable time to explain what they were doing when I had a question, and I had many. Their attention to detail was impressive. The Patio cover exceeded my expectations. I was in awe really. Thank you so much California Sunrooms! We love our new Patio Cover!"

"This husband and wife team were top notch! They were always "positive" to all of my requests concerning the painting of the exterior portion of my house. We are very happy with the ways the colors came out for the house. They were very reasonable in the cost of doing the painting job. Would definitely hire them again!"

"The service was very good. They did an excellent job for me."

"I own a house in Rocklin and hired John to make a safe and maintenance free yard for my relatives/tenants who live there, including 5 little kids.  John was absolutely wonderful to work with.  His work was on time and on budget and of the highest quality.  He is a exceptionally pleasant person and brought ideas and an open mind to our initial planning meeting, then kept me informed at each phase of the project with progress reports and suggestions to keep our costs on target.  He understood our
objectives of creating a safe play space, making choices and repairs to ensure durability, enhancing privacy, and creating the least maintenance needs possible.  What a great job he did!  We got exactly what we wanted.  I would not hesitate for a second to recommend John and his crew.

"I was impressed with the fact that they actually came when they said they would.
I feel that I may have been able to get the job done more cheaply but I'm afraid the job I would get for a cheaper amount would be a cheaper job. I think they were dependable and the job was well done.
They did use nails on the deck which is OK but I would have liked screws better.
