"These guys are absolutely fabulous! I have been searching my whole adult life for a satisfactory carpet cleaner and am always disappointed. Drake's immensely exceeded my expectations. We had them clean our carpets, a chair and a few area rugs and we were so pleased with everything they did. They are clean, careful and very knowledgeable about everything to do with carpets. They did not oversoak the carpets, as some cleaners have done in the past and they are spotless and fresh smelling, and Drake's does not use harmful chemicals, so we were comfortable having them cleaned with two small children in the house. No trace of chemical smell whatsoever. They are also not out to make a quick buck--they recommended what we should do as far as cleaning our area rugs and what would not be worth doing, given the state of our rugs. Since their first visit, we've had them back to do 3 more area rugs and are always amazed at the results.
