Mila and Kevin worked with us to renovate our enclosed patio to build a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. It turned out amazing. We went through several revisions in the design, and they took care of the permits and paperwork with the city. My wife works from home, so they were mindful in working around her availability. Overall, the project took about 14 months from when we found them due to permits taking a few months.
