This is the second time we've called them for service (our water heater was first) and I would highly recommend their service to anyone.
The scheduler and service provider were both excellent. I called on a Friday afternoon and the service provider was there at 10:00 the next morning as scheduled. He explained the process and chemicals used ( a pyrethrin), and performed the service.
