"I was promised the job will get done on 2 1/2 days but the contractor who worked on my shower said it's a 3 to 4 day job. The communication with this company is terrible no emails no text to confirm when the contractor was going to arrive. The contractor left my walls cracked that I had to patch it up and the silicon wasn't a clean work it made my shower look like a diy. I will not be getting work done by this company again."

"I had a terrible experience with PHD, LLC plumbing service. I called them when I had an on-demand water heater that was not working. They could not figure out the problem! After 3 visits and $ 950 of charges we discovered it was merely a propane gas supply line was undersized, which I tried to suggest to them initially! Likely a $ 250 fix at most! I cannot recommend this business. They are unqualified to do the job. They are unprofessional, incompetent, and arrogantly rude!!!"
