"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

The cleaners removed the window screen but while cleaning them, they destroyed my windows screen.

"It’s been a while that I wanted to have a company that can come over and check the house for any problems that increased my monthly bills and to fix them at a normal price. I came across this company and I scheduled a meeting with Ezra and Charlie to come over and see/check. Ezra and Charlie checked the house for more than 2 hours and they found out that some of the windows were old and needed to be replaced with new ones. In addition to that, they recommended me to remove the water heater and to install a tankless system that will provide me with hot water only when I need and by having that, my bills will be reduced.The Quote that I got from him was good enough (to my opinion) and I retained them for the job. "We used our Choice Warranty plan to cover a repair to our furnace. I switched to Choice from American Home Shield, and while the deductible is a little more than AHS, the monthly plan cost is $30 cheaper. This is my first claim, and it was fantastic! I had issues many times with AHS with their timeliness and the ability to receive condition reports from technicians, so this first experience was a relief! First, I submitted my claim online, and while AHS would sometimes reach out, Choice connected me directly to a professional who reached out to me about my issue. Because of this, I did not waste my time explaining the issue to someone who is not a heating or A/C expert and only dealt with an expert. Next, they assigned my claim to Greg's Heat & A/C, and he contacted me directly about the problem. He listened to my issue before coming out and provided an actual time of arrival. Choice provides a window in which to be present. I usually do not like these as it will cause someone to miss some work, but since Greg called and gave a time, I did not have to miss much work at all!
