"Excellent experience, windows are as advertised. Installers were clean, efficient, personable and through. If I had more windows I would have them back."

"The installation crew was perfect! Very nice and professional. There was an issue with one of the windows not being shipped with the other windows, but got the window and came back to finish the job in two business days. The quality of the windows and the installation is top notch!"

"It took 3 hours to get an estimate. The salesman kept pressing for information about how much money I could put as a down payment. I only got an estimate after I threatened to leave. The total cost was very high. The person who called to schedule the salesman appointment was very pushy about windows and siding. About a week after my conversation with the salesman, a person called from DaBella and asked for a review of my experience. I finally hung up in exasperation. I have had other estimates from roofers who were able to be simple and direct. Price was a secondary factor in rejecting the company. I value simple, honest, direct people who are interested in getting me what I need and don't push."

"Alec did a great job on tinting my windows in my house. Love the privacy that it provides. Would highly recommend if looking to have home or business windows tinted."

"Clean and efficient installation. Liked both the contractor, Fulltime Contractors, and their installation guys. Would recommend them for windows. And, would use them for other household projects"

"Uriel and John installed our windows and the results are stunning. The guys arrived on time and were extremely professional and took better care of their footprint then we do. While the windows were expensive, the craftsmanship and installation is excellent, definitely worth what you pay."

"I called Jim because my C drive was full and the system would not allow moving the files to my empty D drive. My wife also wanted me to upgrade to windows 7 from Vista. Jim came over looked at my system and explained my options , took the computer to fix it , and then quickly returned it.Jim set up the computer in my office and made sure that everything worked correctly. I am very happy and satisfied with the work performed."

"we ordered the alarm system for our son as we have Frontpoint and have been pleased but it did not work out for our son's house. The sensors were not able to be securely fitted to his frames around his windows and doors. We decided because he is securing a lot of studio equipment that he needed a hard-wire system.
We returned the system and now are having problems with the credit. They gave us a refund but now Angie's List has not refunded their part of the refund. Frontpoint gave too much of a refund and now has recharged our card for the difference so with all of this problem, I would doubt we will use them again.
