"Very professional & called to confirm time & arrived on time. He explained the process & was very thorough. He asked if there were any trouble spots and if they were recurring. He spot treated them & even left a bottle of solution for future use. The whole process took only a couple of hours, leaving carpets very clean & very dry."

"Efrain did a amazing job. This is my second time that I have had him do a job for me and as expected, he did an outstanding job. He listened to all my details that I wanted in the kitchen. He was very professional and did the job in a timely manner. He had some great prices and put his customers suggestions first. Very happy with my kitchen , which made it more efficient for me, since I use my kitchen a lot to cook and entertain. The granite added the slick finish I was looking for in my kitchen. I would definitely use him again. I am always referring him to friends and family and will continue to. Can't wait to show it off for thanksgiving.

Grout Tile Cleaners FAQs, answered by experts

Professionals use various tools and cleaning solutions based on the type of floor they’re cleaning. They often use industrial steam cleaners to pull debris out of the carpet. For localized stains, they may use a commercial cleaner or a mixture of water, vinegar, and dish soap. For tile, they’ll typically use dish soap and hot water, plus a mixture of baking soda and hot water for the grout. For cleaning wood floors, they might use a low-heat steamer, a mop with an oil wood floor cleaner, or a mixture of hot water, vinegar, and lemon juice.

Yes. While you can clean every room in your home with vinegar and baking soda, you should not use them on marble floors. Vinegar is too acidic, and baking soda is too alkaline; both of them can lead to etching on your marble. A pH-neutral cleaner is your best bet to clean marble floors.

Be sure to check the grout you use before you apply the grout sealer. Sometimes, grout doesn’t actually need sealer at all.

For the rest, apply one thin coat, clean up any excess mess, and let it sit for at least a full day. After a day has passed, go ahead and apply a second thin coat. Again, let that dry for another 24 hours.

To maintain tile and grout, clean the surfaces regularly with mild, non-abrasive cleaners and wipe up spills promptly to prevent buildup. It is also important to reseal the grout every 1-2 years to maintain its durability.

Most toilet bowl stains aren’t permanent. They can be extremely stubborn, but the right cleaner typically clears them up and makes your porcelain throne look as good as new. The best way to clean toilet stains is to determine what’s causing them and use the most appropriate solution. If you’re unsure what type of stain you’re facing, a professional cleaner can help.
