For example, my medicine cabinet required special electrical wiring setup, the vanity's drawers interfered with the plumbing, and I couldn't find shelves for my shower. When we got into our discussions about these challenges, rather than being stubborn and taking the easy way out by just saying "no" to me, he listed and clearly understood how important these features were to me. Were there Change Orders? In some case, yes; in others, no. The bottom line is that his focus was on getting me the result that I wanted to make me happy. In the case of the shower shelves, after exhaustive searching, I couldn't find what I wanted. What did Felipe do? He went to a place where he knew and found the matching shelves! I was so happy! I used to work for a software company and at the employee gatherings, the executives always used to say, "What's our number one asset? Our referenceable customers!" I believe that Felipe has the same attitude."
