"When I called Vince, he was on his way to another job. He took my number and told me he would call the following day and gave me an approx time. When I spoke to Vince the following day as scheduled, he informed me that he would be tied up on the other job, but would send someone out to take a look at it. The person who came out took a look at my roof and called Vince on the spot to tell Vince where the leak was. Vince gave me a price over the phone with a guarantee. I knew I was close to having to replace my roof. Vince told me my options, but NEVER once tried to push me to try and replace it. I opted to just repair the leak. Vince gave me a more than far price and it was fixed it on the spot. I had to leave to visit a friend in the hospital so I wasn?t able to stay for the job to be completed. Vince said they would stay and do the job and told me to just mail him the money. When I mailed the payment, I apparently put the wrong address on the envelope and it was returned in the mail about two weeks later. I re-mailed the payment and called Vince to tell him what happened. He was so kind and so understanding.
