"I was referred to Juan Ramirez by my aunt and have been very satisfied with the work he’s done small and large. Juan has been honest and upfront about costs and comes very close to the estimates he gives. He shows up when he commits and communicates promptly if there’s going to be delays and for how long. Juan has a good eye for detail and creative problem solving. We absolutely love the new roof he put up for us and the clean up afterwards was a big plus. He’s done work on our cottage and has mended fences and other various contract work. He’s quite versatile and has also been a resource for reliable and affordable leads on work he doesn’t do. Not too mention very sweet and patient with my toddler who wants to “help”! Honestly Juan and his partner Jose have been a godsend and we plan on using them for any construction and maintenance work going forward."

"I highly recommend this company for home remodeling, new construction, flooring and painting. It a father and son's business. So professional with every detail. Super nice honest people. Give them a call i guarantee you will be satisfied and impressed with their work. Kudos to the mom and dad cuz they raised very nice, respectable and hard working son's. Our ugly bathroom is so nice now. Thank you Vazquez family."

"Overall, they did a good job. They are friendly and very helpful. we had a little mess to clean up after, but to be fair, I didn't complain -- if i had they would have come back. Preferably they would have come back to check on their own."

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

"I thought Ocean Seven Builders was the most honest and straightforward company, submitted the most comprehensive proposal (it included everything I needed for a great roof) and were the most competitive in pricing. The job was started a couple of weeks later and went off like clockwork. Finished in 3 days. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. Matt is a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Ocean Seven Builders."

"Working with this company was great. I loved working with Mike and Mary. They were very responsive, and we loved having our patio covered."

"I went with Expert Home Builders on a room addition. The big and expensive project and bog responsibility but I'm happy I hired this contractor. David and his team showed up on time and they were great from first day to end of this project. David was knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He informed me about working progress all the time and contacted me immediately if there was something important. His team worked hard, kept working area clean as possible, they were professional, friendly and quick also. The project was finished ahead of schedule and results are excellent. The quality of work is superb, overall experience excellent and price very acceptable. I would highly recommend Expert Home Builders to all people I know!"

"I would highly recommend GM Construction! Jose was very punctual! He listened and guided us with best interest at heart! He takes his time completing a task so you know it will be done the right way the first time! He’s definitely on my list for my projects and referrals for my friends and family!"

"Josh is amazing!  He was very helpful and skillful.  We had many things that needed to be installed/repaired.  He completed everything that we asked in a professional manner.
