"Not very professional, not personable, seemed to get agitated when I asked questions.Completed the network connection but did not complete software installation bc he had another appt to go to. I had told him over the phone what I needed done. So basically 80% was done but I was left not knowing what to do. So instead of paying another $485 to another computer guy I ended returning the computer that I bought, the UDM pro and the farm box. The things I told him I wanted done he said he could do it. Now, all I want is a receipt. He finally texted me back yesterday and said to be sure m the look out for the company to send me a receipt. Shouldn t take 3 days.but maybe when u guys contact me i have received the receipt. If so, i will just put there s behind me. Unfortunately, I won t be searching for service on Angie s since I had a terrible, expensive experience. Also, after initially talking to him I had emailed him his rate and he never got to me and only accepted cash or check when it was time to pay.I wanted to with cc. I was very nice and professional with him but no receipt, job was nor completed and I couldn t do it so I returned everything ie computer, farm box, udm pro and took a loss."
