Valer is simply AMAZING!!! He did a great job setting up the home theater for me, which involved connecting a Smart Samsung TV to work with some older components (receiver, 5 surround sound speakers, DVD, CD and VCR). Wow! Valer was AMAZING. We had a pretty complicated system. We wanted our survaliance cameras, vhs,dvd player, CD player all to work off a main remote control. Valer, diagnosed our system and was able to make it all work. He called and was on time to our appt. he explained things well and made our system work.
