Highly recommend this company! Cheryl and her team responded quickly to my call and were even able to fit me in late on a Friday! Quality work at an affordable price is hard enough to find, but their top notch customer service is the reason I will never have to look any further!

GATOR STEEL MFG & WELDING
5.0
We recently had a block wall installed on the side of our house and were in need of a new double gate to keep people out as well as keep our dogs inside the backyard. After contacting several companies, we decided to go with Gator Steel... it was definitely the right choice. Not only did they have the best price, they were friendly and professional throughout the whole process. We initially spoke and dealt with Karen, who was patient and answered all of our many questions quickly, either via email, a quick phone call, or text. During the initial start time, we decided that we should go ahead and replace the smaller walk-through gate on the other side of our house so it would match the new gate for a better overall look. It was no problem for them to add the extra project. When it was time to do final measurements and then install the gates, we were dealing with Bill, either over the phone or with text messages. When it was time to install Bill was here with Chris to do all of the work. It was done quickly and professionally and everything that was discussed or promised was completed. There was a slight issue with the small gate closing correctly after they had left, but I called Bill and he was out the next morning to correct the problem. The gates are beautiful and we couldn't be happier with them. We will definitely hire Gator Steel again for any future projects

pro tech fence

He did a fence and a gate and a controller. He came up on a Sunday. He is very good. I'm thinking of calling him back. He came when no one else would come up. He did what he said he would do, he did it on time and he didn't charge any extra. So he stayed with his budget.

Guy's Fencing

Removal of fence and setting posts went fine over a 2 day period, however, on the 3rd day no one showed up. Called owner and still don't know why. Late on 3rd day crew showed up and put in side yard boards so neighbor's side was complete except for lattice top. Next day fence was finished and it looks great

First Class Fence

Chris at First class fence is highly unreliable and does sub-par work. He will go off the grid for days while he’s supposed to be working on your project and then of course not respond when issues arise with his work after the job is completed. Horrible experience working with him. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire him

Price was reasonable Mark Awad the owner had a great personality and was hard not to like. We agreed on quote and he started project then half way through started requesting money in advance to purchase material. He blamed it on other projects not paying on time for his cash flow problems and his personality sold it. While he was gone his employees were complaining about him not paying overtime and only paying in cash so he didn't have to pay payroll taxes. Then he quit paying his employees all together half way through the project so there was a delay as he recruited a new staff. I was trying to just grind through it in order to finish as Mark had an excuse for everything and I just wanted to get done. Mark re staffed and started project again. Then at the end he got me; we agreed on one final section to complete project, he asked for $800 in advance for materials and I never heard from him again! He wouldn't return calls I went by his shop several times and finally caught his shady self trying to evade as I blocked him in driveway. Marc Awad is an habitual liar, he's dishonest and I would avoid him at all costs

Coydog Enterprise

I hired Chris McLaughlin (Coydog Ent.), who, in 7 hours overall, removed the cemented wood post and installed a 6"x6" x 10' steel support post secured by 12 bags of 80lbs of cement, welded the LiftMaster on the post with two roller bearing hinges, replaced its two batteries, and replaced my fencing as it was. All in the two days he said he'd be here. Price? $875, including my small tip! Wow. And he is properly licensed, too! 530-308-2678 for Chris. Tim Jensen, Esq

"Yes, I would recommend this company for lawn service. The price was right, they were here at the agreed upon time, stayed until the work was done and did a great job.

"Although the walkways turned out very well, we were disappointed because the job was not initially finished as promised. However, once we contacted Miller's about what was left undone, they responded promptly and wrapped up the job.
<br />
<br /> I'll start with the positives:
<br />
<br /> 1) The walkways were done very well and look nice.
<br /> 2) The crew who poured the cement worked hard and was quiet and efficient.
<br />
<br /> And now what didn't go so well:
<br />
<br /> 1) We got the estimate in early April. We had to call a few times to schedule the work. Our first message or two was not returned.
<br /> 2) The crew didn't show up at all on the day we were told work would begin. Instead of Miller's contacting us regarding the delay, we had to call and were told the crew had to finish another job. Our project was rescheduled to the next week.
<br /> 3) When the crew showed up the following week, the first two guys had no idea what they were there for. They asked me if they should start shoveling the rock perimeter in the
<em>front</em> yard. I had to explain our project involved only the back yard and showed them a diagram and instructions my husband fortunately left, just in case. The crew leader appeared to know more but it wasn't clear how much instruction had been given about what our project entailed.
<br /> 4) The workers asked me where to put the ornamental rock they moved to pour the sidewalk. I asked them if they planned to put the rock back once the forms were removed and they said yes. I then suggested putting the pile near the walkway so it'd be easier to put back when they were done. They left without putting the rock back. My husband had to shovel the rock instead.
<br /> 5) They also left without reinforcing the fence posts. We had to contact Miller's and ask that the work be completed.
<br />
<br /> Okay, now for the rest of the story (another positive!):
<br />
<br /> The owner followed-up with us immediately after receiving our complaint by e-mail. He apologized profusely and graciously offered to have the workers return and complete the job at no additional cost. The two workers who showed up to reinforce our fence posts were punctual, knew exactly what needed to be done and had the job finished in 20 minutes.
<br />
<br /> If I was asked to provide advice to the merchant, I'd say their communication with staff and customers before, during and after projects needs work. There should be a confirmation call to the customer to make sure details are set and expectations outlined before the work begins. If a crew can't show up on the day a project is to begin, contact the customer to say so and offer an alternative. Finally, I'd suggest a follow-up e-mail survey, inquiring about the quality of work, whether the job was finished to the customer's satisfaction, allow for comments, etc. There are several internet survey sites that can easily be set up to perform such an inquiry.

"<b></b>First of all This Review is not against Jeff Walker as a person it is about His Work Ethics and Follow through. We had Jeff do several jobs for us and they came out ok. He did agree to do these items and gave us prices and labor charges. The main problem is What he said he would do and then at the end of the work he said he would not do What he agreed to do. This is something we have never experienced. When you tell someone you will do a Job You do it. This speaks of Integrity and Strong work Ethics and helps you in the future. Jeff Dropped this bomb on us on the last day. He put me in a Tight situation because I had to Hire another handyman to do What he did not want to. I am going Give Jeff the Benefit of The doubt. He seems like he does not take pride in his work. We also had paint on our floors which I removed and on our baseboards. We do not hate Jeff We Hope this will help him due the fact that word of mouth from other customers is you life blood. We will not refer Jeff. This is very bad for Him Because he started off Great then Crashed and Burned. Jeff needs to work on Following Through and keeping His word.
