"Absolutely GREAT! I had places to go in December and ordinary bathing and laundry had become extremely time consuming and the problem was worsening. He came out on an already busy day for him and had the whole system (more complicated than some) removed, and the plumbing working again very well in a bit over an hour. Wonderful! I can't add enough superlatives! Left a clean area, besides!"

"Plumbzona pulled my tub and replaced it with a shower. The work was done when he said it would be and it was done right the first time. We are very happy with plumbzona and will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs."

"Aldo was great. He came about two hours after I called him. I have an old AC unit that I wanted him to repair so it would last a couple of more months. The last HVAC guy told me there was nothing to be done and handed me an estimate for a new unit: $17,500. Aldo took care of the problem, and for a very reasonable price. I only wish I had called him first. He was very helpful and not rushed. It has been many years since I hired anyone to repair anything that impressed me as much as Aldo did. He's a star."

"I had a problem at my vacation rental. John contacted me quickly when I posted my problem for quotes online. I had a failing septic. It was no longer draining. John came out and accessed the the situation and based on faulty drawings I supplied, he gave me an estimate for repair. I agreed to the figure. When he discovered that the drawings were wrong and he only had to dig up 5 feet (not 14) between the septic tank and the seep box he lowered his estimate. You can't ask for more honesty and fairness. He and his worker completed the job in less than 2 days. Hire him!"

Wells and Pumps questions, answered by experts

You should check water pressure twice a year to ensure there aren’t any irregularities and that it isn’t too high. It’s also smart to check it any time you notice symptoms of high water pressure (like banging pipes, inconsistent water flow, and leaky fixtures). Similarly, if you live in an area that’s prone to water pressure fluctuations due to municipal supply changes, elevation, or seasonal temperature shifts, check it more frequently. You can buy an affordable water pressure gauge and check the water pressure yourself.

DIY is not recommended due to safety and technical requirements. Hire professionals for accurate diagnosis and repair.

Wells should be at least 100 feet deep for drinking water, but they may need to be deeper depending on the local geology, water quality, and your household’s water usage. Work with a qualified well drilling professional who can assess the appropriate depth for your well and test the water before drinking it.

Many contractors offer warranties for parts and labor. Confirm terms before hiring.

No. Well pump replacement is not recommended as a DIY project, particularly if you have a deep well and a submersible pump. Plumbing and electricity are best left to the pros, especially when something like your well pump includes both. Even when troubleshooting your pump, it pays to have a partner standing by for your assistance and safety.
