The problem is that Ivis, the owner of the company, did not properly grind the stump. While grinding he cut into the main water pipe from the street and never said anything to me. Two days later I noticed the problem and brought it to his attention. He then claimed the pipe was already broken although he failed to tell me while the work was in progress. He then asked if I'd like him to check it out. It's now been over a month and Ivis hasn't responded and has ignored repeated requests to repair the damage. Ivis is unreliable and doesn't stand behind his work.

It was great! Mr. Ruvalcaba contacted me on 4/28/22 immediately after I left a message. He was pleasant, polite and professional throughout our contacts, which were conducted via phone/text/email, as I live out of the area. The job required removing several large fallen/damaged branches from a heritage oak on a vacant lot, cleaning up the debris and clearing the lot. He went out the same day, provided a written estimate and the work was completed and photos provided by noon the next day! Very impressive and highly recommended!

They did a good job. I would use the service again. They were fast, on time, they cleaned up, and everything was good.
