I was worried she may get a heat stroke. They scheduled a service tech to visit in a timely manner. The service tech called an hour before the scheduled appointment to let me know he was on his way. Mark (service tech) was very professional and friendly. He not only got the A/C compressor to work but checked the Freon pressure and went in the basement to inspect the remainder of the equipment. He explained what might need replacing in the near future. Now I am not worried about my mother getting heat. I highly recommend this company for any heating and cooling repairs."
