Watkins plumbing spent the day installing a tankless propane water heater. John was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions to my satisfaction. The installation was done well. I would highly recommend Watkins for all your plumbing needs.

Josh gave quotes with explaining everything so no misunderstandings agreement made and Josh went to get merchandise and installed everything and he cleaned as he went from job to job in the house. Watkins Plumbing was very responsive. My water heater died during the evening and they were at my house at 8am the next morning. Richard the manager provided detailed information about the job. Mikey who did the work was friendly, professional and thorough with his work. It only took less time than I thought. I would recommend them and use them again.

I had the water heater relief valve replaced. Job was completed in about 2 hours after initial contact. Josh was extremely professional and the job site was cleaned up after completion. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

The cost was a bit high- $450 to install a sewer clean-out but the work was done well.

I felt that he tried to make the job more than it was. At first he wanted to replace pipes along with the basket plus charge me what I felt was too much to make an adjustment on stopper on another sink. When I told him to just give me the estimate and that I was going to get another quote, he backed down and said all he had to do was replace the basket if I didn't want pipes replaced and he couldn't charge me to make the adjustment on the sink stopper which took him 5 minutes to do. He was polite and did a good job, but I felt he was trying to make the job more than it was. I pointed out to him that the main sink was only leaking at the basket and not at any pipes. had I not done that, It would have cost me double what the actual price was. Not sure if I would use them again.

Four hours from first contact i had a new hot water heater up and running including bringing it up to code. Now i wouldnt expect anyone to do that 100% of the time but its sure nice when it happens.
