"Isaac and his team did a wonderful job renovating our old, cave-like shower. The shower pan had leaked and needed be replaced. We then decided we might as well remodel. When Isaac came out to give us an estimate, he had the great idea of opening up the entrance to shower. This worked beautifully! Remodeling is such a messy job. The team took steps to keep the muddle to a minimum. They cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. Cory did a fabulous job installing the tile. He is extremely meticulous making sure everything is perfect. Had some special ideas that made the finished product better than we ever expected. Isaac always kept us kept us informed of each step of the process. He was right on target as to how long the project would take. The entire team was efficient and very personable. "There was leak in my laundry wall..that seems to come and go. I can not figure out where it is coming from. . I called several plumbers to get their opinion and quote. Several plumbers came and gave their opinion and quote. All of them stated that they need to use leak detection methods because they don't know where the leak is, it will be an extra charge once I agree to hire them. All the plumber gave me a quote based on what I told them. they but did not really do anything before hand . Luckilly Andrew from Service Flow came and I told him the issue and he took his time to diagnose where the leak could be coming from, he even performed an initial moisture detection in thevwhole house and other techniques to find out where the leak is..he really took his time to diagnose the issue and found the issue without an initial charge.
