Keep us in mind when you, your neighbors, family or friends are in need of from a professional with any plumbing problems. From large to small projects. Two of the most common repairs we do are water heater replacements and toilet change outs. I have been told by many of our customers that we are lower then our competitors. With low overhead and one truck there is lower cost to doing business so I can pass the saving onto my customers. All work is warranteed and guaranteed. We are licensed, bonded and insured.

I met Josh and his company and was on my 1st home project installing a recessed refrigerator bib. Work was done very professional and quickly, made a big difference in working with small opening. Rehired Josh a couple weeks later to install 2 toilets,bathroom sink faucet, and do some repair on my kitchen faucet, again great work. Very good prices!

I had an issue with my hot water heater. It would light and stay lit but each time it lit it seemed to build up quite a bit of gas before igniting and got louder over time. I was concerned and had hot water heater manufacturer send me new thermal coupling and bottom gaskets etc. Josh replaced it all in less than an hour and it is quiet as can be. Highly recommend this guy. He knows his stuff.

Josh came by and fixed the problem. He discovered the leak was not coming from a pipe, but from a filter. I ordered a new filter and he returned to fix the problem.

I never used home advisor before. so I filled out the questions, and that lead me to Josh Mailhot. the web site said he was booked until Monday afternoon. but since the water to the house was off Friday night. I called Saturday. Josh answered the phone. We spoke for a few minutes. Once he got the picture of what I needed. He said he would try to come out early Sunday. He did and let me bug him with questions while he was working. He went right to work and fixed the leaking pipe under our mobile home. I'm very pleased with the way he fixed our problem. I will recommend him to anyone.

I had an outstanding experience with Josh Mailhot. Josh was 100% professional. He returned my calls. He was on time for our scheduled estimate, and he was on time when he started the job. Josh was accessible by phone or email for any questions or concerns. Any voicemail messages were very promptly returned. He reinstalled a new in-ground natural gas line to our backyard firepit and grill. Josh kept his word on absolutely everything he said he would do. He completed the job on time. Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I had hired Josh Mailhot previously from some small plumbing jobs which he completed very quickly for a very reasonable price. When I needed a water heater on a semi-emergency basis, I did not realize that Josh did water heaters. I went to Home Depot and got a quote of 1500-1800 to install. I was flabbergasted! I immediately called Josh and he called me back within 20 minutes. He said he could come by in the afternoon to either repair or replace. When he could not repair he said he could replace for half of what HD would have charged. Talk about grateful!!! Josh is now my go-to guy for plumbing of any sort.
