Communication before was great, very prompt with a response to my emails. There was a lot of pigeon poop under there and they did a very thorough job. A couple of hours after arrival, they were wrapping up after a thorough cleaning of gutters and driveway. And they went the extra mile, my home was a couple of hours from their HQ.
