"Very responsive, Michael got back to me right away and was able to come out just a few days later. Tom and Jeff were great, they we're prompt, clean and efficient. One of the lights was installed but kept blowing the fuse when turned on, something was wrong with it out of the box, but it was fixed without any further issues. Wonderful! "He was very prompt - actually early, which never happens. The only issue was that the lights only stayed on for about five seconds (I admittedly didn't want them to stay on very long but that was way too short), so I called him and he came right out to adjust them. After the adjustment, they were still staying on the same amount of time, but he texted me, told me how to adjust them myself, and followed up to see if I was successful. Which I was.
