"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

We have been in the business around 12-15 years and out of those years working as a team for nearly 8. \n\nOur training has been a combination of apprenticeship with a couple of the best general contractors in our area, working for these G.C's and learning while on the job, also some less extreme areas, being self taught. \n\nWe specialize in a multitude of areas. These including; all areas of home repair, installation, cleaning, organizing, lawn maintenance, landscaping, waste disposal, painting (both exterior and interior), demolition, tile laying and replacement, concrete/cement repair and laying, intermediate electrical work, deck laying and repair, (both concrete and lumber decks), appliance installation, designing, constructing and installing exterior shutters, intermediate plumbing, window replacement, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, window cleaning, retaining walls and fences, moving, personal assistant duties, computer help, certified dog sitter, and much much more. If you need it done, and we haven't listed it, there is a high probability we can do it. \n\nNo job is too big nor is any job too small. We individually or together, and when necessary with a team of trusted professionals we employ can get whatever job you need done. We work quickly, yet efficiently. We do not let down our clients and wouldn't expect our clients to receive nothing less than the best work possible.

Deck Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can attach a deck to a mobile home, but it’s important that the work be done correctly to avoid the potential for major damage to your home. Many building codes require that any additions to mobile homes—including decks—be either freestanding or have their own support structures. Getting permits may require submitting the home's original floor plan, the proposed floor plan, framing details, and more.

PVC decking tends to be cooler than composite because the material is less dense and absorbs less heat. However, it depends on the deck’s color. A dark-colored PVC deck may run hotter than a light-colored composite deck. If you’re concerned about your deck getting too hot, it’s best to stick to a light color such as beige or gray.

Yes, and in some cases, frozen ground may improve the digging process for footings due to sturdier conditions. It’s easier than working in muddy conditions, which are more common in the spring. Contractors may use machinery that makes this step a breeze, so harder ground shouldn’t affect the building process.

Both composite and PVC decking are excellent alternatives to wood. However, while composite is moderately priced and lasts around 30 years, PVC costs more and lasts longer. PVC is also more durable, though both materials are more durable than wood decking. Ultimately, the choice between composite and PVC decking will come down to your budget and preferences.

No, it isn’t necessary to skirt a deck, but investing in the cost to install deck skirting can bring more value to your home. Not only does deck skirting make the deck look more complete, but it can also turn otherwise unused space beneath the deck into useful storage space.
