When something couldn't be repaired a workable alternative was found. They were thoughtful and polite and more than able to get the work done. I will work with them again. The only reason I did not give five stars was that after replacing and installing one new window blind they didn't take the old one for disposal but left it for me to do. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
