"I called Marco on a Friday because we had had new counters installed in our kitchen and needed help reconnecting the garbage disposal and putting in new kitchen sink fixtures. He called back on Saturday and apologized for not calling sooner, which I thought was crazy since I had called less than 24 hours earlier on a Friday afternoon.
