John and Jason showed up 10 minutes early, they were so nice and wasted no time getting started. They were removing my a/c from my window and installing it into the wall. They took care of everything, even moving our heavy bed frame away from where they needed to work. And they waited till we vacuum back behind the headboard, and move bed frame back. They knock out that so quickly, including the time they had to run to the hardware for the material. When they were finished, the a/c unit fits very snugly into the wall. And they were willing to fix a small electrical problem at no charge. I prayed that I would have this home improvement project done properly, and my prayer was answered.
