And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! "Went well for a while and than they just stopped coming we got ghosted by them. They called off a few times for COVID and never showed back up they cleaning was ok but as time went on things would get missed like moping the bathroom floor around the toilet and he would use to much water o. Tile floors turning grout grey. My floors were not sealed so I fell that was bound to happen with a large amount of water used on floors. Wish they would have let us know they were quitting. That was unprofessional"
